About Yasmin TELLS
Yasmin Metz-Johnson is a Sierra Leonean who is passionate about both storytelling and design. Yasmin, the creator behind Yasmin TELLS studied Interior Architecture as her undergraduate course in London and has since had the opportunity to work in two cities across two continents (London and Dakar). At the end of 2018, she relocated from the UK to her country of origin, Sierra Leone. After nearly two years spent in Senegal, this was a pivotal moment in her decision making on where in the world she wanted to be, what she considered important, where she could build on legacy and a desired quality of life. Yasmin is convinced that she would not be where she is today if she didn’t ‘Travel, Explore, Live & Learn, Smart (TELLS).’
